This Lent, we are going to practice simply walking with Jesus. On Sundays, we will do this as we look at the gospel of Mark chapters ten, eleven, and sixteen. Each Sunday, we’ll also create space for some extended worship or community meals. Last week, we talked about how the Kingdom of God belongs to children – folks without status who model dependence. This Sunday, we’ll look at someone who is attached to many riches. How will Jesus respond to him? Come this Sunday to hear more about the cost of following Jesus.
