This Lent at ECV, we’re looking at how Jesus endured the Cross “for the joy set before him” and how we can go and do likewise as we pursue the vision (insert link to vision) God has given us as a church. God calls us to great and often difficult things. How do we get daily practice for that? One way to get practice is having an expectation that Jesus has an invitation for us every day. And what if…that invitation is sometimes through where we sense fear and darkness; things that Jesus loves to overcome. Josh will share how our vision to follow Jesus with daily courage that overcomes fear and darkness can lead us to daily habits of approaching Jesus “for the joy” of connecting with him. Obstacles get in the way of that, daily courage unto Jesus moves them aside!
