This week we’ll continue looking at the picture of the humble king Jesus given to us in the Philippians hymn. In the final verses of the hymn, Jesus is catapulted from the lowest point of humility (even death on the cross!) all the way to the highest point of exaltation and joy. But even at his lowest, Jesus Christ is lifted high– he is always both humble and king. What might it look like for us to see ourselves as both humbled and glorified before God as we seek to follow Jesus?
