PLACES IN NEW HAVEN YOU ENJOY?
Anyplace with 1) moderate traffic, especially if a friend might walk by, 2) sunlight, 3) a comfortable place to sit, and 4) wifi. These are the best places to think, read, dream, and write.

THINGS YOU COULD GEEK OUT ON?
Anything about systems (mechanical ones excluded; ones with people in them underscored), Disney, and Gilmore Girls.

IN DAILY LIFE OR BIG DREAMS, WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF CONTRIBUTING TO HEALING THE WORLD?
It’s easy to see corruption– big and small. Sometimes we get good at describing the big stuff (think institutionalized failures, etc.), and we make awesome individual, group, and city-sized dents in these beasts. It’s incredible, but there’s actually something to the process that enables this kind of big-picture transformation. That process isn’t often thought of, but it’s super important and actually needs healed too. My calling’s to process and the formal and informal systems and institutions it works through to bring healing to the world.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MOST OF YOUR TIME?
Use it 🙂 Seriously though, I’m a full-time divinity student who works half-time, 35-minutes away, and I always have a few side projects running. They range from just-because-I’m-interested research projects to contracted consulting jobs with small businesses and non-profits. In light of all this, I suppose the real answer to this question is– on 91, back-and-forth between New Haven and the world (or at least to Hartford) 🙂
