Time of Lament
From 8:15 pm to 9:15 pmTransition is always accompanied by mourning because change comes with a loss in varying degrees. In the last three or so months, we have been in a state of constant transition (to covid quarantine, to work from home, to homeschooling, to summer rhythms, to reopening phases, and to potentially more future changes). As we sit with the loss and pain that these transitions have brought, let’s take some intentional time and space to grieve. On Saturday, June 27th at 8:15pm, we will meet at the Edgewood Park soccer field to have room to bring our lament to God. The entrance to the field is on Chapel Street between Ella T. Grasso and Yale Ave. Look for signs.
