Every Friday morning a group of people gather at the church for Long Form Bible Study. The Long Form Study is for anyone who wants to engage in regular and systematic reading of scripture and to process what you’re reading with others from the ECV community. Each week, They’ll be discussing a selection of scripture to be read before the meeting. The selection will typically be between 10 to 15 chapters a week. That’s short enough to be doable even for the very busy, but long enough to make significant progress through the Bible over the course of a couple of semesters. They will start with Genesis and work their way forward. Details When/where: Fridays, 8-9 a.m., Epworth Parlor Room at First and Summerfield United Methodist Church (425 College St.).
