a time to grieve violence, celebrate lives, and cry for peace We are grieved by the 11 homicides that have occurred in New Haven since September. These are the names of the victims: Michael Wint, Alexander Pedraza, Charles Miller, Kentel Robinson, Dontae “Quay Quay” Myers, Ernie Negroni-Feliciano, Joshua Vasquez, Mark Pappacoda, Kenneth Cloud, Nico Saraceni, and Anthony Porter.  Elm City Vineyard Church’s nonviolence group invites the victims’ families and the broader New Haven community to a communal liturgy at the Botanical Garden of Healing to grieve the violence, celebrate the lives of these beloveds, and cry for peace.
