EF Foundations is a two-day process all about growing in awareness—understanding more clearly why you see the world in a particular way and how you decided to behave to stay safe in relationships. By uncovering specific wounds you experienced and the meanings and vows you made, you can become aware of patterns of behavior that hold you back from becoming more like Jesus. You’ll be able to process your learning through individual time for reflection and journaling, and facilitated small groups.
